Tiny and adorable, these 11 homes are our all-time favorites . . . so far. Some are all out livable while others are perfect oases from an otherwise hectic life. 

Less than the cost of a new car (and some used) the  cute-as-a-button Shoebox from Tennessee Tiny Homes starts at $22,500. Here's an exterior shot:

If you're a fan of tiny houses, then you know the work of Tumbleweed. This little number called the Linden is a perfect cabin by the lake. Its exterior:
