Roundup: Really Striped Walls and Ceilings

The commitment of some to indulge in their love of stripes is nothing less than remarkable. Seriously, prepping a room with tape for a regular paint job is a pain. But prepping a room–let alone a ceiling–to paint it in a striped motif, that deserves a round of applause. From vibrant to soothing, there’s something for everyone in this roundup.

One architectural trick is to have a sofa corner near window.

From Decor8, these stripes have a soothing effect as well, which is probably why I like them.

How about waking up to pink and white stripes every morning? From JWS via House of Turquoise.
