Make a Set of Romantic Lacy Luminaries
Lacy luminaires wouldn't ordinarily be my style, but when I saw the rustic burlap mixed with doilies, I stopped dead in my tracks. The contrast of lace and burlap, a canning jar and pink satin ribbon...oh baby, I can't resist that kind of craft. Adhesive spray (like Elmer's Craft Bond)
Doilies
Burlap
Twine, buttons, and/or ribbon
By the way, that Elmer's Craft Bond is strong enough to use on upholstery projects. It's good stuff!
If you read the tutorial, there is a good suggestion to spray the adhesive on the doily instead of the jar. Lint and other dust will stick right on that sticky jar. See the full tutorial right here.
