I am truly loving Donna's 2-hour pallet chair. She assures us it's an easy build even for novice woodworkers. To up the funk factor, she chose to simply slip its cushions into coffee bean burlap sacks--brilliant! Besides the sacks, she used 2 pallets of 'nearly equal size', 4 leg boards (probably 4 x 4's) and 2 arm boards (probably 1 x 6's) to build the chair. The biggest expense for the build was, as you can image, the high density foam for the seat. Visit Funky Junk Interiors to see how to make one yourself.
