How to: Make Dandelion Wine

This season, instead of spraying weed killer on your dandelions, how about picking them and turning them into wine? Not only would it be better for the environment, but it's gotta be one of the most fun ways to win the dandelion wars. (And you'll have a little something with which to toast your victory!)

Seeking Focus tells us all the ins and outs of creating a sweet dessert wine with hints of citrus, clove, cinnamon and ginger. Best served chilled, it takes about 3 to 6 weeks to ferment, and since dandelions are already popping up, you could have a batch ready for your first picnic of the year.
