Today, we’re stepping away from the typical kitchen pantry offerings and taking a tour of some of the most amazing and unique pantries I’ve seen in a very long time. Whether they may make you drool, daydream or just gawk, enjoy.
This recessed area provides for a perfect pantry. The old bank safe door mounted to a sliding track is a unique finishing touch.
This pantry is even more secret than the one above as it’s hidden behind a false cabinet front. Open up the door, and, voila, a pantry nook.
If I had an open pantry, I think it would have to be like this next one. The organized jars are a work of art in and of themselves.
I don’t know anyone who has a pantry with a chandelier in it. Even without it, this huge butler’s pantry makes a statement. (Note the lighted upper cabinets.)
Although this room looks like it could pass for a kitchen too, it’s really a butler’s pantry. (That round window makes me swoon. And, p.s., all white kitchens should have a bouquet of blue hydrangeas in them.)
Thought traditional butler’s pantries were for kitchens of a bygone era? Not so, as evidenced by this amazing modern butler pantry that was featured in the HGTV 2010 dream home.
Library ladders in libraries–good. Library ladders in pantries–excellent.
