Easy Peasy Halloween Garland
You know those how-to's that are so easy, they wanna make you smack your forehead? Yeah, this is one of them. It's a festive garland made of wrapped fall-colored candies. Of course it could work for any holiday or occasion; we'd just need to choose different colors. Red, green and white for Christmas, red and white for Valentine's Day, every color of the rainbow for a sweet birthday decoration. You get the idea.
