Turn a Dollarama Clay Pot into a Hanging Garden Lantern

by on Jun 7, 2010

Is there no end to what this girl can create from a Dollarama day trip? Once again, Karen (remember, my virutal bff from Canada, and author of The Art of Doing Stuff), has proven just how easy it is to convert a cart full of random $1.00 objects into chic, functional pieces of home decor. It’s simple brilliance, my dear! Here she takes a ceramic pot with a hole in the bottom and some other pieces of cheap stuff and is able to make this stunning hanging lantern. But wait! Look at the alternate hanging lights she made from more random $1.00 finds. Her Canadian Dollarama obviously puts my cheap candle smelling Dollar Store to shame.
