How To: Turn a Wire Planter Basket into a Glitzy Chandelier

Amanda saw a coconut-lined planter and thought, “Chandelier.” What?? Yup. The DIY chandelier is used to camouflage a builder-grade ceiling light fixture in her house. Materials she used, besides the basket, included some metallic silver spray paint, about 24 feet of decorative crystal garland, and three metal hooks to hang it all.
