Lorna Watt of Knits for Life is the bomb in the yarn-bomb arena, if you ask me. As a fairly experienced crocheter myself, I was stunned when I saw her crochet-covered Ikea Stefan dining chairs, much like the one pictured above. The fit and design of its new skin looks impeccable, and turns the humble
$20 chair into a work of art. If you want to get a closer look, and you’re in the area, three of the chairs are will be on display at The Etsy Show at STUDIO Gallery in San Francisco until May 27, 2012.
