How to Make Over Your Faucets

by on Sep 19, 2011

I’m gonna believe Kristi when she tells us that it’s actually possible to makeover our faucets. Although fairly involved, because of all the prep work, it seems pretty easy. Products she used were minimal and included 220 grit sandpaper, #000 steel wool, painters tape, Rust-Oleum automobile primer and Rust-oleum Universal Spray Paint (in my new favorite color) oil-rubbed bronze. Her original bathroom faucet is pictured above with just a hint of the prep to come. This is what it looks like now:

A white sink has black handles and faucet.

And get this, she did the same process to her shower frame. To read all about the project(s), and for more hints and pics, visit Addicted 2 Decorating.
