How To: No-Sew Chair Upholstery.

by on Jun 2, 2008

A chair that has a white and blue floral design and wood arms and legs.“Mad Housewife knows a
thing or [two] about short cuts to success, and has some simple
instructions on how to transform an old chair by stapling on new
fabric. Going to work on an old chair can be a lot of fun, especially
when you can experiment with patterns, so why not give it a go?”

Simply grab an old chair with a nasty surface and some new upholstery fabric, and rip the chair apart, and by rip, I mean carefully disect it into its pieces. If the padding seems to be in fine shape, simply staple the new fabric overtop, and put the chair back together.

Done and done.
