Before and After: Easy Magazine Files Makeover for the Weekend

Add a little color to your workspace with this super simple IKEA hack. All you’ll need is a $10 pair of magazine files, paint, and a paint brush to create a trendy patterned set, inspired by a popular fashion print.   

I love the simple design that Jennifer, from Early Grey, created for this set of plain magazine files. The pattern was inspired by this dress, which is one of my favorites from French Connection.

Next time I go to IKEA, I’m definitely going to buy a set and try this DIY out.
