This lovely creation comes to us from Gerardot & Co. Wine bottles were rescued from the recycling bin and turned into an outdoor tiki-like torch. (It might remind you of this project, which can be used indoors.) The supplies, listed below, only cost about $5.
A chunk of foam, chicken wire, cement, paint, fire ring, smoke machine and red, glowing eyes and you've got yourself a tiki fireplace. Most likely the actual fireplace was an existing one. Its wall looks as if it has been refinished/skim-coated/veneered to give it a Polynesian look.
