I recently had the opportunity of touring an "idea house." The property, a charming 1920's bungalow, belongs to and is maintained by a local family-owned company called Bachman's. The idea house is near their flagship store on Lyndale Avenue in south Minneapolis and is maintained as a landmark to celebrate the family's ancestors who lived in the home, conducting business just a few hundred feet away.
