Great tip but I have a question. Can this mixture be used to mop laminate wood floors without harming them? Thanks!

This does not make an effective cleaner. The vinegar and baking soda neutralize each other - that's the bubbling you see when you stir them together. Once the bubbles are gone, you are left with nothing more than salty water. You're wasting your cleaning time and your money if you try to clean anything with it.
Just leave the baking soda out and add more vinegar to make a perfectly useful cleaner.
