"..... Sun's out! Flare up!" One of my favorite craft jokes!

I also decided that those static filled packing peanuts that stick to EVERYTHING should be nominated as "The Herpes of Packing Supplies"!

From Tacky To Chic..............LOVE IT !!!

Rebecca Trump on Nov 22, 2011:

as an art teacher - glitter IS the herpes of the art world :D and I'm not a huge fan. At all.

But this looks really great! I love that it won't leave any herps (er, glitter) behind on everything it touches.

Very nice!

What a difference!  Nice job!  And thanks for the idea.  I don't have the glitter spray on hand, but I do have Krylon white spray paint and clear sealer, as well as a large container of crystal glitter.  I think I'm going to try to revive my two comatose old reindeer that have been packed away for years with a little Krylon CPR and love.  :)

I have to say I'm really impressed with how this turned out!

I'm not crazy about glitter, either--and I'm a girl--I think you could even stop at painting it white!

Hannah on Nov 17, 2011:

I love that they bothered to add fur when it was going to be covered in glitter!

I love this - and I love the finish of the Krylon... wish we had it here in Aust :( if we did, I would be doing this in a hearbeat!

I love that you can see the texture of the.. uh, fur? in your version!  Way to keep it classy, Chris!
