Have you ever picked out a piece of furniture that you imagine will look great in your space and then once you get it home and situated, you think to yourself "What the heck was I thinking?" Well, I've discovered an iPhone app that will give you a good idea of what a piece will look like in your very own space. I chose the above chair, took a photo of the blank space in my office, emailed this to myself so I could show you.
You have control over placing the furniture in our space or, more accurately, your photo, as well as shrinking or enlarging it for the right scale. It's easy, clear and unbelievably handy. There are ample styles to get a good idea of how a piece would look in your own space. I'm not aware of other apps like this one, if you know of any, let me know.
Check out the Snapshot Showroom app right here.
So why doesn't every furniture store offer a similar app? Again, let me know if I'm in the 'daaahk' here. So far I've discovered Pier 1, CB2, Stacks & Stacks, CSN Stores, Crate & Barrel and more on this app. I want more, and I want to be able to take a photo while I'm out and about and superimpose that in my own space.
Are there similar apps for these stores?
