In the 1950's the average home size was 983 square feet. In the 90's it was 2,080 square feet. In In the 50's the median house hold income was $23, 738. By the 80's it had almost doubled. Back in the day, 4 hours and 31 minutes were wasted watching TV. Today the average amount of time watching TV per household per day is 8 hours and 14 minutes.
