How (and why) you should wash your pillows.

natural pillows - no synthetics - pure grow wool - natural sleep - good sleep

Did you know that a pillow can double its weight in 3 years? What accounts for the extra poundage? Dust mites. (May I have a collective ‘ewww’ please?) This is why we should all wash our pillows regularly. The Conscious Consumer holds our hand through the entire 3 step process of pillow maintenance, including:

  1. Washing your pillows every 3 months.
  2. Encasing pillows in pillow covers.
  3. Replacing old pillows every 3 years.
