The only thing you need to remember to save money in the bathroom is this: Don't use so much. According to the Green Cheapskate, Jeff Yeager, we over-use all over the place. In the shower, at the sink, everywhere. Here's some things to keep in mind when tending to our daily hygiene duties:

Shampoo: The amount you need to use depends upon the length of your hair, not what the directions on the back of the bottle says.

Toothpaste: Don't load up the brush like in the commercials; it's not necessary. A pea-sized dab will do ya.

Deodorant: Unless you're a fighter pilot, or a commodities trader, one swipe will suffice for most people.

Toilet Paper: Assess your swiping needs. I've known people who subscribe  to '1 square for #1 and 2 squares for #2'. That might seem ridiculous, but cutting back just 4% of what you use could save 423,900 trees every year, according to the Natural Resources Defense Council. Plus, it'll save you money!

Water: Install a low-flow shower head, consider taking Navy showers and always turn the water off when brushing your teeth.
