The John Deere rug series, by Norwegian industrial design studio Permafrost explores the industrialization of farming in rural Scandanavia, where machinery has replaced more traditional forms of agriculture. They don’t seem to be ACTUALLY affiliated with the John Deere tractor company, but rather interesting, nonetheless.
