Make Mom a Fabric Flower Card!

Impress your mom or mom equivalent this Mother’s Day with one of these Fabric Flower Cards. They’re easy to make, and they require minimal supples. They’re also a great way to use up those fabric scraps.

Props:

Card stock. The maker suggests using soft pastels, cream or even black.
A paper cutter or scissors.
Fabric. For the best effect use subtle prints. Green for the leaves and stems, yellow or orange for the center of the flowers and a various other colors for the petals.
Glue stick that works with paper and fabric.
Fabric scissors.

Procedure:

Cut cardstock to size and fold in half.
Cut leaves and stems, petals and flower centers.
Glue on foliage followed by petals and then flower centers.
Trim excess fabric.
