You spend all that time researching your new tv…then you spend all that money purchasing your new tv, and all that effort to get it hung at just the right height, to figure out the remote, etc.

Options include:
- Having the electronics store (such as Best Buy’s Geek Squad) do the work, but for a significant price
- Reducing the amount of light
- Finding a THX optimizer on a DVD (such as the Incredibles or Toy Story…I also remember the anniversary edition of Eraserhead offering a light/dark contrast set up tool)
- Use a calibration software DVD (around $30)
