Make an Accordion File out of Envelopes!

by on Dec 10, 2007

Not only is this envelope file cool, it’s easy to make! Great for storing those little slips of paper like concert tickets, coupons, business cards and postage stamps. MINIMAL supplies used to make the file include: an odd number of envelopes of any size (A2’s were used in the example), a glue stick, a bit of ribbon, and a boning tool, which is totally optional. Assembly is a snap, as you glue one envelope to the next–flap to back, as it were. Fold them up accordion style, add a ribbon and a label and ta-da, you’re done! A red and blue bow is on a yellow envelope.
