Plastic Cleaner and Restorer

Ever wondered how to clean and restore that great vintage plastic orb lamp or telephone you found, maybe even your storm door or CDs? Ever wonder how can I maintain new plastic items I buy so they always look new as the day I bought them, even my kids toys?

One of the most common problems one encounters with vintage plastic products and the upkeep of new plastic products is how to properly clean and restored their items. If you've ever found a great vintage plastic orb lamp, telephone, Fisher Price toy or anything made from a molded plastic material (including bakelite and lucite), you know there are always some signs of use. Whether it is light scratches or some slight discoloration from age, it's enough to keep it from having the original luster and sheen of a polished plastic.

NOVUS plastic cleaner and polish
The product we use religiously at Vintage Swank is called NOVUS. What we use to clean items is the most common question we get asked, so we decided to start offering it to our customers. This amazing product is what we use to restore every piece of plastic we sell or keep. It  has a staged system that will give you amazing results. There is the must have NOVUS 1 Clean and Shine which gently cleans all plastics without scratching and leaves a lustrous shine that resists fogging, repels dust, and eliminates static, there is the NOVUS 2 which removes fine scratches, haziness and abrasions from most plastics; With repeated use, NOVUS No. 2 restores faded and discolored plastics and finally the NOVUS 3 which removes heavy scratches and abrasions from most acrylic surfaces; use when damage is too severe to be restored with NOVUS No. 2 polish. We are now offering this professional cleaning and restoration product to the public for sale through our web site. To read about the products check out our NOVUS section on our web site at http://www.vintageswank.com/miva/merchant.mv?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=VS&Category_Code=NOVUS

im creating these self-promotional pieces that are contained within plastic cube-shaped boxes...the problem is that they have minor scratches and scuffs, probably from handling, or mishandling, at the store. would novus help to illiminate these minor scratches on clear plastic boxes?
