How To: Make a Wooden Journal

Serena's DIY wood journal project may be the answer to your holiday gift-giving problem. It's perfect for those who have everything, it's lovingly crafted, and making one couldn't be simpler. You'll need wood, a saw of some sort  (Serena used a jigsaw), a drill and  ring clips, among a few other things you'll have on hand. Serena also used a wood burning tool to personalize the cover of her journal. Although that would be optimal, the same effect could be had using a Sharpie, like Chris did in this project.
