Then you do what Ms. Squirrelly Mind did and grab some paint, copper pipe, and copper Contact paper and do a "tie-over." Although after its $400 budget tie-over Ms. Squirrelly's kitchen isn't exactly how she'd like it, but she's much happier living in the space now. And as for that seemingly unfinished wall in the knee hole? It's been left untouched as tribute to where the kitchen's been and how far it's come.
