Don't let the modest exterior of this 1960's, 3 bedroom, 1,639sf, Joseph Eichler house fool you. Stepping into it is like stepping into a time machine. The Orange, CA home (currently on the market for $750K at the time of this posting) has changed very little over the past 50+ years. Out of fear. Yes, fear. Fear that doing so might marginalize "the integrity of the classic-vintage design." (Don't you adore that the vintage car matches the front door??) Of course the interior furnishings are pure perfection too. I'm guessing many--if not all--of the pieces are originals. Take a look:
