Some thanks goes to Ann Shea, the set director for The Big Bang Theory’s, for helping take the Geek Chic movement to new levels. One object in Sheldon and Leonard’s apartment that many fans covet is the 6 foot DNA sculpture located just right of their living room closet. That little item blew about $4K of Ann’s budget. Linda’s DIY molecule model, on the other hand, will set us back a fraction of the cost. Made of dowels, wood balls, glue, spray paint (in the colors of your choosing), plus a few other incidentals, the model functions as a unique sculpture that is sure to get the attention of anyone who sees it.
