Before seeing these pictures, I don't think I could have looked past this sofa's tufted back, curvy lines, and exposed wood and thought "makeover!" The vision came from the mind of Michele Sorensen, and the makeover was her BFA final project.
To be perfectly clear, this wasn't a DIY job. Michele paid a pro $1,000 to do the reupholstery. Another $600 went to fabric, but the sofa only cost 20 bucks. I spotted the project on Home Jelly; however, to read more about it, you might want to check out this article on Design Sponge.
