Roundup: 24+ DIY Christmas Stockings

by on Dec 4, 2013

Christmas stockings have made their footprints all over Curbly since our very first Christmas together back in oh-six. Those early projects are still as fresh as ever, which is why we’re giving them a shout out in this roundup in addition to a bunch more tutorials new to our ever-expanding library.

Here’s a unique idea using aluminum screening that was included in a roundup back in 2010 (click here for the entire list.)

These last two ideas are from Martha, and they’re perfect for those who aren’t thrilled with patterns or sewing. For the first, there IS some sewing, but no real pattern. It’s kind of a Frankenstein stocking in that it’s pieced together from chunks of others. Love it.

And our last tutorial is actually a two-fer in that they’re stockings plus an advent calendar made with pre-purchased baby socks. Keep an eye out for after-Christmas sales for the socks to make one of these for NEXT year!
