Guess what? It still feels like winter here in Minnesota. Last year around this time we were happily painting a new nursery for our then-unborn baby boy, with the windows open and a warm breeze wafting through the house. This year, not so much:
FYI, here's what things looked like last year for National Painting Week (notice the short sleeves and generally increased level of happiness):
So what's all that stuff sitting in our back yard? That's called snow, folks. In April. Oh, yeah, also construction materials and a half-built addition for the Curbly House. (Follow along on Instagram if you love progress shots).
But this week, aside from all that craziness, we have a sweet project planned for you. As part of Sherwin-William's National Painting Week, we'll be showing you the final pictures of our bathroom remodel (y'know, the one where we threw a bathtub out the window and demolished a chimney?)
Stay tuned, 'cause next Sunday we'll be posting all the before, during and after pics, and I think you're really going to like what Alicia did with the space (ok, I helped, a little).
Can't wait that long? Never fear: Sherwin-Williams has teamed up with 14 design bloggers to bring you awesome projects throughout the week, starting Monday with Little Green Notebook and Coco + Kelley.
