A while back the Curbly team wrote a book called Make It: Hardware Store Decor in which we offered 12 crazy cool decor how-to's using stuff we bought at hardware and big box stores. (Haven't snagged a copy, yet? Go here to get one.) If we were ever to do a book making jewelry out of hardware store finds, projects like this one would be at the very top of the list. Made of nothing but cotton butcher's twine and 18 tiny brass hex nuts, the resulting bracelet is nothing less than brilliant. For the entire tutorial, head on over to Honestly WTF. While you're there, check out all their bracelet tutes--they're amazing.
