Before and After: An Outdated Kitchen is Transformed from Top to Bottom

Before and After: An Outdated Kitchen is Transformed from Top to Bottom

I prefer kitchens that are light and bright - something that inspires me to cook. So when I found this kitchen makeover, I took notice.

Greg and Ashley from Seventh House on the Left completely gutted their dark, dated kitchen and now have a gorgeous space to cook yummy meals.

I realize white kitchens are not for everyone, but I absolutely love it. What about you? Are you a fan?

Where is the fridge?

LOVE the white cabinets!  I always paint wood cabinets white! Wood in any stain other than the light light maple (which I also like) makes kitchens look dark and uninviting...especially with brown toned granite counters.   Sadly builders put these in homes and then raise the price so if you buy the house but hate the kitchen you are paying for something you will want to change.

This looks so much like so much like our kitchen, I have to love it!!! I wish our space was as open as this but I'm still so happy with how ours turned out. We went just one single shade of off-white for the cabinets and trim and I don't regret that.

Great makeover...kudos!

If you like a white kitchen, then this is quite pretty. However, having lived with a white kitchen for the past 7 years, I've grown to HATE mine. I'm currently researching repainting the cabinets and replacing the countertops with some color. I'm sick the white.
