How To: Make Delicious Three-Ingredient Frozen Yogurt -- From Scratch!

There's never a better time for cold, homemade treats than right now AKA the dead of summer. Everything is hot and gross and have I mentioned hot? No? Okay, it's HOT out there y'all. Treat yourself to some simple and delicious three-ingredient frozen yogurt!

We found this recipe on Wit & Whistle (by way of Just Cook Already... by way of Kitchen Corners... Phew!). It's insanely easy! All you need is a blender and these three ingredients:

3 cups fresh blackberries

3 cups yogurt cheese (or Greek yogurt)

1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk

Throw it all in a blender then pour it into an ice cream maker (if you have one) or popsicle molds. Freeze and enjoy!

I'd love to try this with other berries or fruits, maybe some strawberry-banana action perhaps? How would you customize this recipe?

To make yogurt cheese simply line a colander with paper coffee filters, put colander in a bowl, & pour yogurt onto filters. Let sit covered in a fridge overnight, & season however!

I simply use frozen berries, add cold yogurt and sugar, maybe some cream. Start with sugar in a blender to use less of it, add other ingredients. If desired, put again in freezer... O. K. I use 3 - 4 ingredients, but these are always at home...
