Design Blogger Wish List: Jena Coray of Miss Modish

by on Dec 13, 2011

created at: 12/13/2011This holiday season, Curbly asked our friends, peers, and favorite design bloggers to stop by, have some hot cocoa, and tell us what gifts they’d like to receive this year. Today, we’re excited to welcome Jena Coray of the one of our favorite art and inspiration blogs, Miss Modish!

It seems I’m feeling sentimental these days- I’d love to receive gifts that remind me of the where I grew up, what I love about where I call home now, gifts that will help me make new memories or better treasure the ones I already have…  1. This 2012 Mountain Calender by Pam Lostracco  – I’ll always be a mountain girl at heart, and I love the gradient tones in this!

2. These gold studded chukka boots by Marais USA– they’re a little bit country, a little bit sparkly- uh, just like me, I guess?

3. For a stocking stuffer, incense from Juniper Ridge  smells so real and delectable- they capture the scents of the high Sierra desert where I grew up!

4. One of these score & solder terrariums. I want to fill it with sparkly black quartz sand, a couple succulents & little collected things from our travels

5. This Pendleton floor pouf from Branch & Birdie.  This is a shop in my Portland neighborhood that I just adore- would love this pouf to use as a schmancy new meditation spot!

Jena Coray, known on her blog as Miss Modish, is a vintage-shopping, cat-adoring, mojo-maker living in Portland, OR.
