Inflate your balloons until they're about 4 or 5" in diameter, then wash them off and spray lightly with cooking spray. Then it's just a matter of melting some chocolate, lining baking trays with wax paper, dipping away, and employing a little patience while they have time to set in the refrigerator. After you pop the balloons things can get even more interesting with whipped cream and crazy toppings. Such a fun dessert!
