Easy Interior Design Idea!

By vinyl lettering

Hi everyone!  I am almost giddy about somethings I have recently done to my home.  I have recently discovered a very simple way to add a touch of "me" to my home.  I was looking for a way to personalize my living room, and found what I call a "Godsend."  Vinyl Lettering!  I have personalized a place in our living room using vinyl lettering I found on www.vinylcraftlettering.com.  I love it!  So much easier than Paint, and I can remove it very simply, without messy cleanups.

I love it, just thought I'd share.

I checked out phrase crazy, pretty cool.  You should also check out the site where I get all my lettering.  It's www.vinylcraftlettering.com.  They have awesome stuff, and have designed some custom stuff for me that I've really been impressed with.  They have vinyl lettering for all sorts of stuff including wall words, decorative signs, and craft projects.

Yeah, I think it is, but usually done in a fancy font, etc.

I'm not sure if I'm thinking of the correct thing (German ;)...

Is it the same as the letters that are cut from some film using a cutting plotter? Those that often are used for advertising on cars, shop windows, etc?

Great link!  I did vinyl lettering for my husband's trailer myself (bought the vinyl online in big ol' rolls) and used my computer to create the design, which printed out (using "outline" fonts to conserve toner) on about 60 pages of paper that needed to be taped together, taped to the vinyl, and then cut out with an Xacto knife...it was a pain, but it came out great.  This is so much more scalable.

Yeah, the guy I emailed also said they have over 11,000 fonts they can do if you don't see somthing on their site.  So I thought that was cool.
