Sure: Speedball brand is probably the easiest to find. It's a water-based ink, and cleans up very easily. They make special inks for paper or for fabric.

I don't know if they have any of these stores in Texas, but large craft stores like Jo Ann's and Hobby Lobby probably have it, as well as art supply stores. Dick Blick's is a popular place to order materials, and they have stores throughout the country.
