Turn your dog's silhouette into a masterpiece simply by taking a photograph of your dog and printing it out on label paper and then attach to contact paper (contact sticks to canvas better than the label paper). Cut out your dog's silhouette and then attach the cut out to a canvas and then spray paint. After about 20 minutes, use a tweezers to pull up the silhouette and let the canvas fully dry.
For a larger silhouette and canvas, use Picasa to create a poster at 200% and then print out each quadrant of your poster onto label paper. Match up each quadrant of your photo onto rolled out contact paper and then cut out the silhouette and attach to the canvas. Spray paint the canvas and silhouette and remove the contact paper after 20 minutes with tweezers. Touch up and areas that paint seeped with a narrow water color brush and white acrylic paint.
