Costing less than $1.00 per gallon, vinegar is the most universal, economical cleaning product, ever! Sometimes I forget what you should and shouldn't clean with vinegar. So here's a cheat sheet from a list compiled by Chicago Now that you should stick on the side of your (clean) fridge.

  1. bacteria and pesticide residue from produce
  2. windows and countertops
  3. shower and bathtub film
  4. toilet bowl stains

Unless labeled organic, vinegar is made from GMO corn. So, don't make the mistake of buying organic fruits & veggies, and then dousing them with GMOs to clean!
