Stark Front Porch Makeover
For the past two years I've been thinking about a porch makeover. My porch is full of kind of cool collected furniture but the color of the brick walls and the cushions need to be completely re-thought. Thus, I've been searching high and low for inspiration.
I ran across this smart makeover for a traditional front porch, complete with a relaxing hanging swing at CountryLiving.com. Mother of three, Heidi King, wanted a spot where friends and neighbors could gather at her Tallahassee, Florida home. With only a few key elements, the bare porch was elevated from stark and cold to cozy and inviting. A perfect place to sip Mr. King's mojitos.
