How To: Make A Craft Stick Snowflake

created at: 12/05/2012

I'm a father to two little people. Since my eldest is only 2.5 years old, this limits a lot of the craft projects out there that require power tools (though the man in me can't wait till he comes of age to enjoy them!).  This simple project is something we can tackle together and relatively safe (look, no scissors!) and particularly festive.

It's suggested that you use a hotglue gun, but you can substitute a safer adhesive if it's not the best fit.

I love the fact that you're crafting with your little guy. I have a 12 yr old daughter who is absolutely capable of using the glue gun and power tools, but I think this will be a nice inside craft to do when the snow comes this weekend. Thanks for the idea!!
