About Me
I design, build, and install custom furniture and cabinetry in Chicago. I've worked in the industry for about 8 years, with most of my experience building custom furniture. Most recently, though, I have ventured out on my own to build custom furniture and cabinetry. Check out some of my work, and feel free to get in touch!

after reading your advice - i have a question - i have dining room chairs which are stained that i am going to scuff sand them and as you advised getting the benjamin moore fresh start primer - however when i went into the paint store to get spray paint - they sold me krylon black gloss - the salesperson said if i went with black satin there was a good chance that some of the paint would rub off on clothes? is this true - will the black gloss look nice and how many coats do you recommend. thanks
Thanks for accepting looking forward to more of your work - it is incredible.
Thank you for accepting my friendship. I've looked at your designs and they are such a work of love and art . Honestly, I couldn't think of one thing I would add in any way. Just PLUM PERFECT!
Thankyou for your input.
I have been taking a wood shop class at my son's high school, and decided to make the cabinets at class. Looking at your profile, you seem to love wood as much as I do. I love the photo's of your work too. Thanks for your advice. N.
Thanks so much! Here's what I ended up doing... http://www.curbly.com/celee/posts/296-Revitalizing-an-Old-Rocking-Chair
Would you recommend that I use the spray lacquer on gloss laytex? I bought steel wool 0000 but found that it did not do much for me. Any recommendations on what I can use it for?
