DIY Idea: Kitchen Island Garden
Spotted this hydroponic kitchen island on Inhabitat today. Perfect for the those pining for an indoor garden but have no space, the kitchen island, created by Peter Buley, takes care of that problem. Of course it got me thinking...why not retrofit an existing island/table (or build one) with a lower shelf and wire up some grow lights above? No? Yes? Bueller?
