I am totally digging these paper cake treat boxes, which, when assembled into an entire cake, could easily put any real cake to shame. A paper pastry like this could be used for a multitude of occasions where party favors are involved.
The secret ingredient of this project is ewillow's template for the individual slices. (If you happen to have a Cricut, which is NOT NECESSARY to make the cake, there's instructions for a shortcut to bypass the template route.) Other stuff we'll need to make them include:
- scissors
- hole punch
- bone folder for scoring
- double-sided tape
- assorted card stock, ribbons, punches and embellishments
