Secondhand Chic: Dresser Turned Kitchen Island

by on Apr 16, 2010

I’m not sure what I like better about this kitchen island, the color or its transformation. Although it started out as an old dresser (which, btw, you can find for next to nothing in charity shops and on craigslist), new pulls, some accessories and a tiled top turned it into a lovely and functional addition to the kitchen. And if that wasn’t clever enough, there’s a surprise on the back….

a blackboard for notes or kid-fun.
