It's not often we see transformations like this one. From inside to out, the O'Bryan's 50's ranch looks nothing like it did 'before.' Architect Jim Rill saw Craftsman elements in the home's 'massing and roofline.' Although the homeowner's children were emptying their nest, they decided to expand instead of contract, so a second story was added to accomodate. Tucked into the roofline, it doesn't overwhelm.
