Love it! I will be doing something similar soon. I plan on having cabinet doors on both sides of the extended counter.
Also--I'll take the Cheez-its, they make awesome bread crumbs for homemade chicken! nuggets
Very pretty. It's a very soft, nice transition from what it was (not that I hate blue by any stretch of the imagination). I also like how the countertops were extended with the loss of the side wall.
